About Dr Srushti:

Dr Srushti has completed her MBBS from JJM Medical College, Davanagere & MS in Ophthalmology from SS Institute of Medical Sciences, Davanagere. She has done her fellowship in Paediatric Ophthalmology & Strabismus from the prestigious Aravind Eye Hospital, Coimbatore.

In addition to her mainstream qualifications, she has also pursued training in phacoemulsification surgeries, Paediatric cataract management & lasers in diabetic retinopathy.

Along with a rich experience, working as a consultant in the paediatric ophthalmology & strabismus unit of Aravind Eye Hospital, Coimbatore, she has a special interest in squint, binocular vision anomalies, amblyopia management & myopia progression control.

Dancing and drawing are her most loved hobbies.

Correlation of maculopathy patterns with HbA1c levels in uncontrolled diabetics, using FFA.

Interesting case presentation of “Augmented Inverse Knapp’s procedure with inferior rectus plication” – at Paediatric Ophthalmology & strabismus network (POSN) conference organised by Sankara Nethralaya, Chennai in October 2018.

Winner of best case presentation for “Heavy eye syndrome & its management” presented at Aravind alumni meet, Pondicherry in January 2020.
