Cancellation and Refund Policy at Shekar Eye Hospital

Shekar Eye Hospital is committed to provide highest quality eye care to all our patients.

We respect the appointment booking by our esteemed patients. However on rare occasions, you may plan to cancel your appointment with our doctors.

We offer cancellation & refund in accordance with the policy of Shekar Eye Hospital.

  1. You can cancel the appointments 3 days prior to the date of appointment.
    • 3 days prior – 100% refund
    • 1 day prior – 50% refund
    • Same day – no refund
  2. Refund cannot be processed once the service is availed.
  3. We will not process a refund if you have booked for an incorrect doctor.
  4. Refund shall be considered only when the patient concerned produces relevant documents & proofs. Refund will be made only to bank accounts.
  5. The privacy of the data you provide to us is governed by the privacy policy of the hospital.
  6. Refunds are normally processed within 7 working days after checking the veracity of the refund request.
  7. The period of refund may also depend on the  various banking and the payment channels and we will not be liable for any errors or delays due to banks or third party service providers.
  8. We reserve the right to refuse the refund if the request is not as per applicable laws.
