  • Over 15 years of extensive experience as a practicing glaucoma surgeon with an excellent track record of patient care and success with surgical procedures.
  • Senior glaucoma consultant at Nethradhama Superspeciality Eye Hospitals – a teaching centre  for over 4 ½ years wherein was involved with training post graduate (DNB ophthalmology ) and fellowship students of RGUHS were mentored.
  • Have been appointed an examiner by RGUHS wrt Glaucoma fellowship programmme run under its aegis.
  • Member secretary of Ethics committee – NHPL for a period of over 4 ½ years wherein the committee was renewed ,reformed and recognition obtained from the DCGI to conduct clinical studies and Randomised controlled trials
  • Headed the Department and managed Glaucoma specialty Services across more than 10 branches for Vasan Eye Care providing medical services to patients and interdepartmental ophthalmic consultations
  •  In charge of Medical And Surgical Auditing of all Karnataka Branches Of Vasan eye care for the past 5 years. Conducted several internal audits for identification of lapses and involved in providing utmost Quality and Care to patients
